I think Fat Chance is alive. Out cold but alive. Plus, another drone of Mommy Longlegs' hive will likely take her place. And we didn't see what happened with Monsenor, although he might not have escaped the gas.

I checked back, before the other Council members escape he lurches forward, his head cracking the glass of his viewscreen. Seems pretty dead to me.

Poor Councilmen. I really liked all of them.

My guess... it's no longer a council of 13..
It's a council of however many Dr. Killinger wants.

The council number being 13 is now just arbitrary.. probably.

No, look again. The particular chair that he was running to was different. It was upholstered in red. I think that particular seat was not for him.
