Do twins get different godfathers? I'm not sure how that works.

Also, now that the big-change cat is out of the bag, has this season reminded anyone else of 3? It's more obvious now, of course, but both gave me a slight sense of foreboding at the time.

There were an awful lot of "let's use the family dynamic while we can" sort of episodes, if that makes sense. It was like a surplus of Dr. Quymn episodes where everyone needs to be present vs ones like Doc playing Scattergories.
We got to catch up with Gary, but there's been an awful lot of those previously mentioned episodes this time, complete with Hatred and Sulky Dean, that made me suspicious that we weren't going to see another Venture Libre style episode after a while.

Ugh, so much typing. I am an insane person.

Adding to that: I had been trying to think of council members that'd go by the name "Hand", and suddenly remembered this fella for some reason.

Yeah I totally agree, there's that underlying sense of dread that the way things are now is soon ending, much like Season 3. I have a feeling they're gonna top "Family that Slays Together, Stays Together" in terms of cataclysmic for the show structure. I'm not sure if I can take it though...

The main resemblance I've seen between this season and 3 thus far has been that both have been flawless (Unless we're including the Halloween special, which, blegh.)

But I do see what you're saying- in retrospect, 24's death was all but telegraphed (The entirety of 'Tears of a Sea Cow' and 'The Lepidopterists', his hospitalization due to the Moppets,) but it only took on a sinister tone in light of 'The Family That Slays Together, Stays Together'. So there is a good possibility that by the end of the season, there will be a significant change in status quo.

Twins can have different godparents. My brother and I are identical twins, and we have different sets. It's entirely up to the parents.
