Where do you think the Venture Compound is located? This has never been discussed in the show and I'm sure everyone has a different opinion.

I have heard all the above as speculated locations of the Venture Compound. Personally, I think Northern Arizona is most likely the location. The Monarch hides out near him, there is desert and green valleys in that area, etc. Plus a direct flight path from northern New York to there would fly over Underland and a direct flight path from there to Marrakesh would fly right by the air force bases in the New Mexican desert.

Do keep in mind, that I cannot remember where it was that I've read this, but I remember reading that the pilot reveals (although I've re-watched it several times since then and cannot find where) that the Venture Compound is located in Colorado Springs, CO.
This of course means two things:
1) Since it was the pilot, it isn't considered cannon
2) Since I can't find where the pilot says this, that it's bullshit.
But I can say with certainty that it is somewhere near the Mojave. No where else makes sense.

It's revealed in the last visible paragraph of the newspaper article Otaku (?) is reading in the cold open of the pilot episode.
It reads "...Venture was verbose yet hesitant to reveal the details of his latest invention when this reporter interviewed him at his Colorado Springs research facility, preferring to 'surprise those stuffy academics and turn international science on its collective ear'..."
