By the end we're led to believe the one that was in SPHINX headquarters/Mol's car was the real Monstroso.

No Mol's rescue was for her boyfreind the real one. The sphinx agents were hiding inside the fake they brought to the OSI.

Well even if it was with hunters help, Molotov did pull off a massive Xantos Gambit last season, I wouldn't be suprised if she survived. Plus Montsroso's good at that sort of thing too.

That reminds me- earlier in the season, Hunter said the rookie checked out fine. He had to have known Mol was behind that mask, so how much did he have to do with that whole situation?
