I liked it a lot, and I am happy that 21 finally acted on his feelings. I didn't find it creepy, and I'm still sort of confused about what doctor o did, and how monarch got in rusty's head, but I guess that is not important.

Yeah, but they were both drunk. Be they really 21's feelings or not....that is not a path he actually wants to pursue.

True; no matter how he feels about Dr. Girlfriend, 21 still respects The Monarch as his leader and he wouldn't really want to do anything that might jeopardize that.
